Good job everyone! Ending January with beef stroganoff with veggies
Chicken jalapeño poppers
i made shredded chicken in the insta pot
cut each jalapeño in half and took out the seeds. I mixed together:
shredded chicken
taco seasoning
Mexican sour cream
then I put the mix onto the jalapeño slices and topped with a little cheese (notional) and baked at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Topped with cilantro 💚
I don’t usually eat ranch but 🤰🏻
on Sundays I try to make multiple meals for the week! make sure if you make these tacos you use Chipotle Chili Powder they are my Fav!
Mongolian noodles! I made with whole wheat pasta, and 93/7 ground beef !
